Why every Evergen team commits to a written milestone plan in its first month.
Ambition is not the problem in early-stage life science. The problem is that ambition without milestones makes it hard to tell progress from activity.
In the first month of the programme each team writes a milestone plan: technical, commercial and funding goals with dates and owners. We review it together every quarter and adjust it when the science says so.
Founders tell us it is one of the most useful things they take away — not least because investors ask for exactly this.
