What we learned from Batch #2
Twelve months, nine teams and a lot of honest feedback. Here is what we are changing.
At the end of every batch we ask our founders what worked and what wasted their time. Batch #2 did not hold back — and we are grateful for it.
The clearest message: fewer, deeper workshops, and more time with experts who have built companies in regulated markets. From Batch #3 onward, core workshops are capped at one per month, and each team gets a larger personal coaching budget to spend on the experts it needs.
We are also introducing quarterly milestone reviews, so teams get structured feedback well before the end of the programme.
